About Taylor Cody
Taylor E. Cody practices in the firm's Business and Real Estate and Class Action groups. She represents businesses and individuals across Indiana in disputes involving contractors, tenants, former clients, former partners, and other commercial matters. Taylor's class action practice focuses on consumer protection and financial services, where she advocates for individuals whose personal information has been compromised due to inadequate data security. Before joining the firm, Taylor served as a Deputy Prosecutor in Marion County. She is a dual degree recipient from Indiana University, holding a Master of Public Health from the IU Richard M. Fairbanks School of Public Health and a J.D. from the IU Robert H. McKinney School of Law, as well as an undergraduate degree from Purdue University.
