Barton R. Keyes, Esq. is a Partner at Cooper Elliott in Columbus, Ohio, where he has worked since 2011. With more than a decade of experience as a trial lawyer, he represents personal injury, wrongful death, and business clients in trials and arbitrations and has secured millions in verdicts and settlements.
Keyes's notable case results include a $2.7+ million jury verdict for defrauded business owners, a $1.16+ million arbitration award in an ownership dispute, a $639K+ arbitration for a wrongfully terminated CEO, a $1.9 million settlement for a child killed by an unsecured stove, and a $1.65+ million jury verdict for a bicycle accident victim.
