Bailey Gifford

Bailey Gifford is a Senior Associate Attorney at Cooper Hurley Injury Lawyers in Virginia. She joined the firm in late 2020 and was promoted to Senior Associate Attorney in 2024. Her practice covers car accidents, truck accidents, premises liability, wrongful death, railroad accidents, catastrophic injuries, bicycle accidents, motorcycle accidents, Camp Lejeune claims, and pedestrian injuries.

Gifford earned her B.S. magna cum laude from Morehead State University in 2016 and her Juris Doctor from Appalachian School of Law in 2020.

She is admitted to the Virginia State Bar and the U.S. District Courts for the Eastern and Western Districts of Virginia.

Gifford is a member of the Academy of Truck Accident Attorneys (ATAA), the Academy of Rail Labor Attorneys, the American Association for Justice (Railroad Section Chair-Elect), the Virginia Trial Lawyers Association, the Norfolk Portsmouth Bar Association, the Virginia Beach Bar Association, and the Virginia Bar Association.
