David Craig

David W. Craig is the Managing Partner and a Founding Partner of Craig, Kelley & Faultless LLC in Indianapolis. With more than 26 years of practice, his work focuses on commercial vehicle cases — semi-trucks, dump trucks, concrete trucks, and buses — fighting to obtain justice for ordinary people against insurance companies, trucking companies, and large corporations.

Craig earned his Bachelor of Science in Business from Indiana University in 1982 and his Juris Doctor from Indiana University School of Law, Indianapolis in 1985.

He is admitted to practice in Indiana (1985) and the U.S. District Courts for the Northern and Southern Districts of Indiana. His professional memberships include the Indiana Trial Lawyers Association, the Kentucky Justice Association, the American Association for Justice, and the Association of Plaintiff Interstate Trucking Lawyers of America (where he serves on the National Advisory Board). He is also a Board Member of the Academy of Truck Accident Attorneys and a member of the Trial Lawyers Board of Regents.

Craig has been named an Indiana Super Lawyer continuously since 2011, including selection to the Super Lawyers Top 50 in Indiana, and has been listed by the National Trial Lawyers as a Top 100 Indiana Trial Lawyer (2008-2016). He is recognized in The Best Lawyers in America 2026 edition.

In the community, Craig has distributed over 10,000 free bicycle helmets, advocates against distracted driving, and coached the Lawrence Township Boys Basketball League for more than 10 years.
