Scott Faultless

Scott A. Faultless is a Founding Member of Craig, Kelley & Faultless LLC in Indianapolis. He has extensive trial experience in commercial truck accident litigation and is board certified in this practice area by the National Board of Trial Advocacy.

Faultless earned his Bachelor of Arts from Indiana University in 1988 and his Juris Doctor from Indiana University School of Law, Indianapolis in 1991.

He is admitted to practice in Indiana (1991) and the U.S. District Courts for the Northern and Southern Districts of Indiana.

Faultless is a member of the Indiana State Bar Association, Indiana Trial Lawyers Association, American Association for Justice, Association of Plaintiff Interstate Trucking Lawyers of America, and Academy of Truck Accident Attorneys.

His honors include selection to Super Lawyers (2011-present), recognition as a National Trial Lawyers Top 10 Trucking Trial Lawyer, National Trial Lawyers Top 100 Trial Lawyer, Best Lawyers in America (2023, 2025, 2026), the Indiana Trial Lawyers Association President's Award (2020), and the Sagamore of the Wabash, Indiana's highest gubernatorial honor.

Faultless served as President of the Fishers Town Council (2001-2013) and is a former president of the Rotary Club and Chamber of Commerce.
