Arash Karimi

Arash Karimi is a seasoned litigation attorney who leads the General PI Department at Daniel Stark. His personal injury caseload includes premises liability, workplace injury, wrongful death, and sexual abuse cases. Born and raised in Indiana, Pennsylvania, he has lived in Washington D.C., South Bend, Indiana, Portland, Oregon, and now calls Austin, Texas, home. Arash attended American University, where he majored in International Studies, graduating in 2014. He pursued his legal education at the University of Notre Dame, graduating in 2018. His journey with Daniel Stark began in 2021, drawn by the firm's approach to taking on insurance companies and corporate wrongdoers. His diverse background across the country allows him to connect genuinely with jurors and clients from varied backgrounds.
