Dana Nichols

Dana Nichols brings compassion and precision to her role as a litigation attorney at Daniel Stark. A third-generation Baylor Bear, she attended Baylor University in Waco, earning her undergraduate degree in 2009 and her law degree from Baylor Law School in 2012. Dana began her career in Dallas at a general civil litigation firm, where she discovered her passion for personal injury law. She joined Daniel Stark in 2024, drawn to the firm's mission of putting clients first. Dana finds deep reward in building personal connections with her clients, listening to their stories, and delivering results. Outside of work, Dana embraces the outdoors on her family ranch in Northeast Texas and competes in triathlons, having completed the Ironman 70.3 in Waco.
