Danny Daniel

Danny Daniel is a founding partner of Daniel Stark Injury Lawyers, a nationally recognized personal injury firm headquartered in Texas. Since opening the doors in 2000, Danny has grown the firm into a team of more than 160 professionals, including 38 trial lawyers, all dedicated to keeping people from being taken advantage of by big insurance companies. In 2008, Daniel co-founded Legal Monkeys, a technology-enabled legal services company serving law firms nationwide. After selling the business and honoring a non-compete, he relaunched the company in 2023, introducing products like Boomerang Records and BAM Analytix to help firms streamline document retrieval. In 2026, he was named an Internet Brands' Super Lawyer. Daniel and his wife own Vaquera House, a luxury boutique hotel in Crested Butte, Colorado. He also owns and operates a 600-acre ranch focused on regenerative cattle ranching and land stewardship. An instrument-rated commercial pilot, Daniel is a former founding president of the Bryan-College Station chapter of Entrepreneurs' Organization and is a frequent speaker on leadership, firm growth, and innovation in the legal profession.
