Jason Ferguson

Jason Ferguson grew up in Dallas, Texas, and majored in philosophy at Texas Tech University. In his senior year, he chose to attend law school and received his Juris Doctor from the University of Houston. He began his legal career as a major crimes prosecutor at age 26. After nearly a decade, he was appointed as a United States Immigration Judge in Dallas, Texas. He is known for his trial skills and has taught advanced trial skills and strategies across the United States, the UK, and the UAE. Jason joined Daniel Stark in May 2024, drawn by the firm's reputation and its commitment to fighting for clients. He sees strong parallels between prosecution and personal injury work, noting that both advocate for victims and seek justice for those affected by life-altering events.
