Jonathan Stark

Jonathan Stark is a founding partner and the head of Daniel Stark's litigation department. He grew up in west Texas and received his Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from Texas A&M University and his Doctor of Jurisprudence from Texas Tech University School of Law. An innovator, Jonathan has designed and co-developed several personal injury-specific computer applications that have increased both client services and inter-office efficiencies. Several of these applications are now marketed nationally and internationally. Jonathan achieved a $41 million verdict in Currie v. Landry, et al., which earned him a spot on Top Verdict's list of the Top 20 Verdicts in Texas for 2023. In 2026, he was named an Internet Brands' Super Lawyer. He is often asked to speak at conferences on topics including outstanding client services, law office management, and the integration of technology into personal injury case management. As Chairman of the Board of Directors of Healing Faith, a Christian ministry providing medical care to those affected by malaria, he often travels to Uganda, Africa, to serve families.
