Mark O'Donnell

Mark O'Donnell was born in Brooklyn, New York, and raised in Donegal, Ireland. His path to law began at University College Dublin, where he earned a dual degree in business and law. He passed the New York bar exam to qualify as a lawyer in the United States. Mark's legal career started on the defense side, handling complex cases in premises liability and construction disputes. He joined Daniel Stark in 2022 and found his focus in representing plaintiffs, building meaningful client relationships and advocating for those who need a voice in the legal system.
