About Rochelle Guiton
Rochelle Guiton is a trial attorney at Daniel Stark Injury Lawyers, bringing over 16 years of diverse legal experience to the firm's personal injury practice. Her legal career began as a trial attorney with the Montgomery County District Attorney's Office, where she spent more than nine years prosecuting serious criminal cases and rose to the position of Felony Chief Prosecutor. Rochelle later moved to civil litigation, gaining experience in both national mass tort litigation (managing more than 20,000 claims against major organizations) and single-event personal injury cases, including car crashes, trucking collisions, premises liability incidents, nonsubscriber claims, and wrongful death cases. She joined Daniel Stark in August 2025. Originally from Luling, Louisiana, Rochelle earned her Bachelor of Arts from Northwestern State University in Natchitoches, Louisiana, and her Juris Doctorate from Loyola University College of Law in New Orleans. She is licensed to practice law in Texas and Louisiana. She serves on the board of Redeemed Ministries, a nonprofit dedicated to restoring survivors of human trafficking, and is the author of Fierce and Fearless, a book on the empowerment of women.
