Sean Szlachtowski

Sean Szlachtowski is an attorney in the North Austin office, handling prelitigation cases and assisting his team in trial. He grew up in McKinney, Texas, after moving to the state at age 10. Sean earned his bachelor's degree in psychology at the University of North Texas and pursued law school at the University of Arkansas at Little Rock. He passed the Texas bar and began his career in personal injury law. He has honed his trial and negotiation skills at the Hays County DA's office and a personal injury firm, handling over 25 jury trials including the first fentanyl-related death case in Hays County. He was recognized as an Internet Brands' Super Lawyers Rising Star in 2026. Sean joined Daniel Stark in 2025.
