Brian DeVaney

Brian DeVaney has practiced personal injury law in the South Texas area for 30 years and has been with Davis Law Firm since 2001. Born in Little Rock, Arkansas and raised in Dallas, Texas, Brian leads the firm's Pre-Litigation Department, overseeing a legal staff of more than 50 professionals. Over his career, he has personally resolved and managed thousands of cases recovering hundreds of millions of dollars for clients. He earned his J.D. from St. Mary's Law School (Top 25%, 1992) and his B.A. in Finance from Southwestern University (1984). Brian is a member of the San Antonio Trial Lawyers Association.
