Marcella Algarra Della Casa

Marcella Algarra Della Casa was born in New York City to Colombian immigrant parents and later moved to El Paso, Texas. A native Spanish and Italian speaker, she began her legal career in San Antonio after attending Texas Tech University School of Law, where she earned her J.D. in 1998, and the University of Texas at El Paso, where she earned both a B.S. in Biology (1993) and an M.S. in Biology (1995). Marcella has 25 years of experience in complex personal injury and construction litigation and has tried more than 35 jury trials to verdict. She has been consistently recognized as one of San Antonio's top construction litigation attorneys, including by SA Scene (Best Lawyer in Construction Litigation, 2021; Outstanding Women in Law, 2022) and San Antonio Magazine (Top Construction Attorney, 2021). She joined Davis Law Firm in 2023 and is a member of ABOTA (elected by peers).
