David Treat

David Treat is a Board-Certified Personal Injury Trial Lawyer and Of Counsel attorney with more than thirty-five years of experience who has been with Davis Law Firm since 2021. After years in commercial litigation, he became a plaintiff's attorney at age 61 with the goal of representing the common person. David is Board Certified in Personal Injury and Civil Trial Law (since 1995), a Super Lawyer since 2016, and a member of the San Antonio Trial Lawyers Association, the Texas Trial Lawyers Association, and ABOTA. He holds a J.D. Cum Laude from Washington and Lee (1984) and a B.A. from Trinity University (1981). He is admitted to practice in Texas and New York.
