Desiree Marrufo

Desiree Marrufo is an experienced trial lawyer with a 20-year career in personal injury litigation who has been with Davis Law Firm since 2019. Born in Laredo and raised in Cotulla, Texas, she has tried cases as both a plaintiff's attorney and on the defense side, giving her deep insight into how insurance companies evaluate claims. Desiree earned her J.D. from SMU Dedman School of Law with honors in 2003 and her B.A. in Economics with honors from St. Mary's University in 2000. She is bilingual in English and Spanish and is a member of the San Antonio Bar Association and the San Antonio Trial Lawyers Association.
