About Blaine Rogers

Blaine Rogers has argued cases before Hawaii state and federal courts and the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals. Prior to private practice, he served as a law clerk to Senior District Judge David Alan Ezra of the U.S. District Court for the District of Hawaii and was the first Marine Legal Fellow for the State of Hawaii. He received his J.D., magna cum laude, from the William S. Richardson School of Law with a certificate in Environmental Law, and his B.A. from the University of California at Los Angeles. Mr. Rogers was named Pro Bono Lawyer of the Year by the Hawaii State Bar Association in 2012, has maintained a Preeminent AV Martindale-Hubbell rating since 2014, and served as Hawaii lawyer delegate to the Ninth Circuit from 2016 to 2018. He is Vice President of the Board of Directors for the Legal Aid Society of Hawaii. At Davis Levin Livingston, he focuses on personal injury, medical malpractice, and insurance bad faith cases.
