
About Loretta Sheehan
Loretta A. Sheehan has been litigating personal injury and medical malpractice cases at Davis Levin Livingston for approximately 15 years. In 2023, she won the largest medical malpractice judgment in Hawaii history when Judge J. Michael Seabright awarded nearly $30 million in Warren et al. v. USA, arising from malpractice at Tripler Army Medical Center. Her other results include a $15.4 million settlement for the wrongful death of a woman killed while hiking on Kauai, a $6.25 million jury verdict for a golfer paralyzed due to negligent golf course maintenance by MidPac Country Club, and a $4.2 million judgment after trial in a botched gastric bypass surgery case.
