Adrienne Blocker

Adrienne S. Blocker, Esq. is the Managing Trial Attorney at DeMayo Law Offices, LLP, with more than 25 years of plaintiff's personal injury law experience. She directs litigation strategy and courtroom representation for the firm's personal injury cases.

Blocker is an active community advocate who serves as Secretary of the Board for the North Carolina Mock Trial Program, which hosts statewide high school competitions. She has been named to The Best Lawyers in America for Personal Injury Litigation - Plaintiffs in the 2025 and 2026 editions and recognized in the Business North Carolina Legal Elite 2022 in Litigation. Her notable case results include a $12 million premises liability settlement (initial offer: $1 million), a $6.4 million automobile accident settlement (initial offer: $100,000), a $6 million negligent supervision settlement (initial offer: $75,000), and a $4.4 million personal injury settlement (initial offer: $100,000).

She is a member of the American Board of Trial Advocates, the American Association for Justice, North Carolina Advocates for Justice (former Vice President of Education and former Chair of Auto Torts section), the Mecklenburg County Bar Association, the 26th Judicial District Bar Association, Gerry Spence's Trial Lawyers College, and the Million Dollar Advocates Forum, and serves as Chair of the North Carolina State Bar Board of Continuing Legal Education.

She earned her Juris Doctor from Campbell University and her Bachelor of Arts in Business Management from Minot State University. She is admitted to the State Bar of North Carolina, the U.S. District Courts for the Eastern, Middle, and Western Districts of North Carolina, and the U.S. Supreme Court.
