Jill Wagner

Jill B. Wagner is an attorney at Disparti Law Group concentrating in workers' compensation. Raised in a medical household by a general surgeon father and registered nurse mother, she developed an early understanding of work-related injuries. She practices at all levels of Illinois workers' compensation law, including arbitration, the Illinois Workers' Compensation Commission, Circuit Court, and Appellate Court. She serves on the Workers' Compensation Lawyers Association Board of Directors and has been recognized as an Illinois Rising Star from 2016-2021.
