
About Richard Volpe
Richard S. Volpe is a Chicago attorney with over four decades of experience in personal injury and workers' compensation law. After earning his JD from DePaul University College of Law in 1980, he began his career as Assistant Corporation Counsel for the City of Chicago, handling police and fire liability defense, then served as Senior Trial Counsel for Fireman's Fund Insurance. In 1995, he co-founded Grazian and Volpe, P.C. He represents individuals injured due to occupational hazards or negligence, with a focus on police, firefighters, and union railroad workers (under FELA). He has served as a guest lecturer on Litigation Strategy and Technique at DePaul University College of Law.
