Josh Becker

Josh Becker has won hundreds of millions of dollars in settlements and verdicts for injury and death victims and their families, and has been recognized by Best Lawyers in America and Super Lawyers every year since 2019. He tries cases in both state and federal courts across Missouri and Kansas and has handled matters in Texas, Washington, Arizona, Oklahoma, Iowa, Pennsylvania, and Mississippi. His practice covers tractor-trailer crashes, motorcycle accidents, car accidents, work site accidents, and bad faith insurance practices. Before representing plaintiffs, Josh worked at a commercial law firm and learned the insurance industry from the defense side. He was born and raised in Kansas City and is a magna cum laude graduate of UMKC School of Law.
