About Josh T. Edlow
Mr. Edlow is a partner at Dreyer Babich Buccola Wood Campora. His practice focuses on representing individuals and families for personal injury, wrongful death and product liability claims. Mr. Edlow is a lifelong Sacramento resident with strong ties to the community. After serving a volunteer full-time mission in Indianapolis, Indiana for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints, he returned home to pursue his educational goals. These goals began in California's community college system, through American River College, and ultimately ended at the University of the Pacific McGeorge School of Law. Mr. Edlow distinguished himself at McGeorge by simultaneously working through two specialized programs emphasizing trial advocacy and business. He excelled in these programs and was named to the Honors Trial Team for 2011-2012. He also received the Witkin Award in the Advanced Trial Advocacy course. These achievements were made while holding a full-time law clerk position assisting Mr. Roger Dreyer with the prosecution of many trials that resulted in seven- and eight-figure verdicts or settlements. After passing the California Bar Exam, Mr. Edlow was invited to accept a position as an associate attorney for Mr. Dreyer. Since that time, Mr. Edlow has prosecuted hundreds of cases to settlement or verdict against notable defendants. These include a $8.15 million settlement against a confidential defendant in a motor vehicle collision, a $4.25 million settlement against two confidential defendants in a products liability action, a $3.5 million settlement against a DUI driver in an auto vs. pedestrian personal injury action, a $3.2 million verdict against the City of Atwater, a $2.4 million dollar verdict against a local truck driving company, a $1.75 million settlement with the Amador County Unified School District, and a confidential settlement with Barnes & Noble resulting from a trip and fall incident.
