About Erica Entsminger
Erica D. Entsminger is a partner at Eglet Law whose practice focuses on mass tort litigation, complex product liability cases, and multi-district litigation. She graduated magna cum laude from the University of Notre Dame in South Bend, Indiana, where she majored in English and minored in Secondary Education. After teaching high school, Erica attended the University of Colorado School of Law in Boulder, where she competed as a member of the Rothgerber Moot Court Competition board and received the William O. DeSouchet Award for Best Individual Performance in Trial Advocacy. Following her 1999 graduation, she served as a judicial law clerk for the Honorable Edwin G. Ruland on the Colorado Court of Appeals. She moved to Las Vegas in 2001 to begin private practice and has since spent her career representing clients in various state and federal courts, including the Nevada Gaming Commission, the Clark County Board of Commissioners, and the Las Vegas City Council. Before joining Eglet Law, Erica spent three years as a litigation associate at a prestigious Nevada firm, then founded her own firm in 2004. Her practice also includes general business matters and appellate work. She is licensed in Nevada and Colorado, and 95% of her practice is devoted to litigation.
