Antonia Mysyk

Antonia (Toni) Mysyk joined Elk & Elk in 2025, handling key trial and appellate briefing in medical malpractice and personal injury matters and serving as second chair on catastrophic injury cases. She has briefed and argued appeals before the Ninth and Eighth District Courts of Appeals. Toni graduated summa cum laude from Franciscan University of Steubenville in 2021 with a degree in history, then attended Case Western Reserve University School of Law, graduating summa cum laude in 2024 at the top of her class. She was inducted into the Order of the Coif and served as Executive Online Editor of the Law Review. Before law school she externed for Judge J. Philip Calabrese in the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Ohio and worked as a certified legal intern with the Lake County Public Defender's Office. She volunteers with a women's emergency shelter in Chardon, Ohio.
