About David Elk
David J. Elk is a Founding Partner of Elk & Elk, based in Mayfield Heights, Ohio. He has represented thousands of medical malpractice and wrongful death victims throughout Ohio for more than 56 years. He began his career at one of Ohio's largest personal injury firms, where he spent seven years before going out on his own and then partnering with his brother Arthur to build one of the geographically largest injury practices in the state. David holds an AV Preeminent Martindale-Hubbell rating and has been recognized by Million Dollar Advocates, Multi-Million Dollar Advocates, Who's Who Top 10 Members in Law, and the National Trial Lawyers Top 100.
