Ian Fijalkovich

Ian Fijalkovich serves as Elk & Elk's in-house probate attorney, guiding families through the legal aspects of wrongful death claims and cases involving injured minors. He graduated magna cum laude in English from the University of Akron and then received the highest scholarship to attend Cleveland-Marshall College of Law, where he earned his J.D. summa cum laude in 2017, ranking in the top 10 of his class. He joined the firm in 2018 and has been recognized as an Ohio Super Lawyers Rising Star every year since 2021. Before focusing on probate law, Ian represented personal injury plaintiffs. He is a lifelong Cleveland-area resident.
