About John O'Neil
John P. O'Neil joined Elk & Elk in 2012 as a partner. His practice focuses on death and catastrophic loss cases in medical malpractice, transportation, legal malpractice, premises liability, and personal injury. Before joining the firm, John spent 14 years at one of Ohio's top defense law firms as a practice area chair and member of its management and executive committees. He also prosecuted felony cases in the Dade County State Attorney's Office. John has tried more than 80 jury trials in state and federal courts, argued before the Eighth District Court of Appeals, the Ohio Supreme Court, and the Sixth Circuit Court of Appeals. He is a member of the Multi-Million Dollar and Million Dollar Advocates Forums.
