About Madeline Kelley
Madeline M. Kelley joined Elk & Elk in 2026, bringing experience from an AmLaw 100 firm and diverse prior roles including in-house counsel and work with the Cuyahoga County Prosecutor's Office Cold Case Sexual Assault Investigation Unit and the United States Attorney's Office. She attended Case Western Reserve School of Law, where she achieved a top 10 national ranking in the National Trial Competition and received the International Academy of Trial Lawyer's Award as the outstanding advocate of her graduating class. She earned her undergraduate degree from the University of Richmond in Philosophy, Political Science, Economics, and Law (PPEL) and studied abroad at Universitat Pompeu Fabra in Barcelona, which gave her Spanish-language proficiency. She focuses on personal injury and medical malpractice at Elk & Elk.
