Martin Kraft

Martin J. Kraft joined Elk & Elk as a Cincinnati injury attorney in 2016. He has over nine years of experience representing disability claimants, guiding them through the Social Security disability claims process, representing them at hearings in the Office of Disability Adjudication and Review, and handling appeals in federal district court. Martin also has experience with class action settlement distribution, personal injury, probate, and tax law. He was selected as an Ohio Rising Star by Super Lawyers in 2021, 2022, and 2023. He holds a National Social Security Advisor certificate from the National Social Security Association. Martin graduated from Miami University (OH) and then attended Salmon P. Chase College of Law in Northern Kentucky, graduating in 2008.
