About Robert Gross
Robert Gross has been associated with Elk & Elk since 1992. In 1999 he became one of the first attorneys in Ohio certified as a specialist in workers' compensation law, a designation that required passing a written exam, demonstrating substantial practice involvement, fulfilling enhanced educational requirements, and undergoing a rigorous peer evaluation. He is currently Of Counsel to Elk & Elk, representing injured workers before the Bureau of Workers' Compensation and the Industrial Commission of Ohio. Bob has argued before the Supreme Court of Ohio and has lectured on workers' compensation issues. He earlier clerked for U.S. District Court Judge Ben Green and then practiced workers' compensation law at a large firm for 10 years.
