Ben Leader

Ben P. Leader, Esq. is the Managing Partner of Elrod Pope Accident & Injury Attorneys, focusing primarily on personal injury cases. A Rock Hill native, he joined the firm in 2014 and was named a Partner in 2019. He has successfully resolved more than 750 injury claims and collected millions of dollars on behalf of his clients.

Leader's father, Jack G. Leader, has practiced at Elrod Pope since 1989, when Ben was one year old, and the family connection runs deep at the firm.

Leader has been named to The National Trial Lawyers Top 100 list and holds a Good rating on Avvo. He is a member of the South Carolina Bar, the North Carolina State Bar, the South Carolina Association for Justice, and the North Carolina Association for Justice.

He earned his Juris Doctor from Campbell University School of Law in 2013 and his Bachelor of Arts in Political Science (with a minor in Legal Studies) from Clemson University in 2010. He is admitted to the State Bars of South Carolina and North Carolina, the U.S. District Court for the Western District of North Carolina, the U.S. District Court for the District of South Carolina, and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit.
