Preston Pope

Preston T. Pope, Esq. is a Personal Injury Attorney at Elrod Pope Accident & Injury Attorneys, bringing military service, courtroom insight, and community-focused advocacy to his practice. A Rock Hill native, he is the son of Senior Counsel Thomas "Tommy" Pope and began his legal journey with the firm as a runner in 2015.

After graduating high school, Preston enlisted in the South Carolina Air National Guard as an F-16 Crew Chief with the 169th Fighter Wing, overseeing and performing aircraft maintenance.

He earned his Juris Doctor from the University of South Carolina School of Law and his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (Marketing) cum laude from the University of South Carolina's Darla Moore School of Business in 2021. He is admitted to the State Bar of South Carolina.
