Howard Bullock

Howard Bullock is Managing Partner at Emroch & Kilduff. He began his legal career at a high-volume litigation firm where he handled thousands of criminal and traffic cases in courts throughout central Virginia. He subsequently moved into personal injury litigation, which he describes as his passion. Mr. Bullock represents clients in wrongful death cases, premises liability, traumatic brain injury, fractures, facial reconstruction, and serious truck, motorcycle, and motor vehicle accident cases. He also handles medical negligence cases. He has significant courtroom experience in both state and federal courts in Virginia, including jury trials. He is a regular commentator on RVA Today and other local news segments on personal injury topics. Mr. Bullock earned his J.D. from St. Thomas University School of Law in 2013 and his B.A. from Hampden-Sydney College in 2010. He was admitted to the Virginia bar in 2014.
