
About Hal Weitzenfeld
Hal S. Weitzenfeld was born in Miami, Florida. He obtained a B.A. with honors in Decision and Information Sciences from the Warrington College of Business at the University of Florida and a J.D. from the University of Florida Levin College of Law. Following law school, Hal became a partner at one of the largest law firms in Florida, where his practice focused on defending insurance carriers in residential and commercial property insurance claims. He was frequently called upon to provide claim handling training to insurers and their adjusters, tried multiple cases to verdict, and handled complex appeals. He was admitted to the Florida Bar in 2003. After years on the defense side, Hal joined Florin Roebig to represent property owners against insurance carriers. Outside of work, his hobbies include fishing and golf. He served as a batboy for the World Champion Florida Marlins in 1997.
