Marcus Rodriguez

Marcus R. Rodriguez is an attorney in the Palm Harbor office of Florin Roebig, where he focuses on property insurance litigation and construction law. He represents residential and commercial property owners in insurance disputes involving storm damage, fire loss, water damage, and other covered perils, as well as construction defect cases, contract disputes, and liability arising during building and restoration projects. Prior to joining Florin Roebig, Marcus practiced at a Florida firm representing homeowners, contractors, and restoration companies in complex property damage claims. Earlier in his career he served as an insurance defense attorney representing carriers in workers' compensation cases. Marcus earned his J.D. from Barry University and holds a B.A. in International Relations with a minor in Spanish from Samford University, where he was a student-athlete on a baseball scholarship and earned All-Conference honors. He is admitted to the Florida Bar (2015).
