Michael Ossi

Michael A. Ossi graduated from Stetson University College of Law in 1984, where he was an editor of the Law Review. He began practicing in 1985 and is the founding partner of Ossi and Najem PA. His practice focus is the representation of victims of negligence, and he is Of Counsel to Florin Roebig, representing clients throughout the nation. Mike has resolved thousands of automobile negligence cases and closed over $250 million in contested entertainment matters. In 1986, he represented a nationwide group of individuals poisoned by a contaminated batch of L-Tryptophan and secured recoveries against the Japanese manufacturer. In 2000, Mike developed an entertainment and sports law practice, serving as Chief Counsel for John Travolta for nearly ten years and representing clients including the William Morris Endeavor Agency and the New York Yankees. In 2008 he was selected for Florida Legal Elite (top 2% of Florida lawyers), and in 2014 the National Trial Lawyers Association named him one of the top 100 trial lawyers in Florida. He holds an AV rating in Martindale-Hubbell and is included in Best Lawyers in America and Super Lawyers.
