
About Neil O'Brien
Neil P. O'Brien was born in Boston, Massachusetts and raised in Pinellas County, Florida, where he attended Clearwater Central Catholic High School. He earned his B.A. in Business Management from St. Leo University and then attended Stetson University College of Law, where he earned both his J.D. and an M.B.A. in 2005. Upon graduation, Neil served as an Assistant State Attorney with the Sixth Judicial Circuit in Pinellas and Pasco Counties from 2005 through 2009. Prior to joining Florin Roebig, he spent several years in civil litigation representing homeowners, condominium associations, and commercial property owners in property damage disputes including construction defects, sinkhole claims, water loss, mold, fire, and storm damage. He is also experienced in representing clients in personal injury and wrongful death matters. Neil is a member of the Million Dollar Advocates Forum.
