About Kenneth Friedman
Ken Friedman has been a trial lawyer for over 35 years, starting as a Public Defender in Seattle in 1987. He has served as lead attorney in over 100 jury trials in state and federal courts across 11 states. Ken is a member and past president of the Damage Attorneys Round Table (DART), a member of the American Board of Trial Advocates (ABOTA), and a Fellow of the American College of Trial Lawyers (ACTL). He holds an AV rating from Martindale-Hubbell and is licensed in Washington, Alaska, Montana, Oregon, and Kentucky state courts, as well as the U.S. Supreme Court and multiple federal circuits. He is known for obtaining substantial verdicts in cases involving insurance bad faith, personal injury, and traumatic brain injury.
