About Liz McLafferty
For her entire career, Liz McLafferty has advocated for those injured by wrongful acts of others. She focuses primarily on medical negligence, product liability, wrongful death, and serious personal injury, with product liability experience ranging from automobile defects to consumer products. Born and raised in the Seattle area, Liz earned dual undergraduate degrees in Psychology and Political Science from Western Washington University, graduating with honors, and earned her J.D., cum laude, from Seattle University School of Law in 2012. She serves on the Board of Governors for the Washington State Association for Justice and has authored articles for the WSAJ Product Liability Deskbook and Medical Negligence Deskbook. She has been selected to Washington Super Lawyers annually since 2023.
