About Nikolas Sulley
Nikolas (Nik) Sulley grew up in Colorado and attended Gonzaga University before earning his law degree from Brooklyn Law School in 2020. During law school he worked for the Deputy Civil Chief at the U.S. Attorney's Office, Eastern District of New York, where he worked on high-profile matters including DACA-related cases and the Purdue Pharmaceutical MDL. He second-chaired his first jury trial in 2021, securing a six-figure plaintiff's verdict for a motor vehicle accident victim. After his wife finished her education at CU Anschutz, the couple returned to Colorado to be closer to family, and Nik joined Fuicelli & Lee Injury Lawyers. He is admitted in Colorado and Wyoming, including multiple federal courts and the 10th Circuit, and has been recognized as a SuperLawyer Rising Star (2024-2025) and a National Trial Lawyers Top 40 Under 40.
