About Christopher Donadio
Mr. Donadio has taken over 40 verdicts as lead trial counsel in various State and Federal courts of New York and New Jersey. He has represented clients in appellate courts, drafting and arguing appeals in New York state and federal courts. His practice focuses on catastrophic personal injury and medical malpractice cases. He holds admission to practice in both New York and New Jersey.
Recognition includes SuperLawyers Rising Star designation in the New York Metro area from 2013 to present, Best Lawyer in New York since 2018, and selection to the National Trial Lawyers' Top 40 Under 40 list for New York. Due to his trial success, he lectures for organizations including the American Association for Justice, New York State Trial Lawyers' Association, New Jersey Association for Justice, and American Board of Trial Advocates.
Mr. Donadio attended Duke Law School, where he served on the Duke Journal of Constitutional Law and Public Policy and the Moot Court Team. His oral advocacy skills earned him selection to represent his law school at the National Moot Court Competition. During law school, he worked at legal clinics providing free representation to those unable to afford counsel, developing a passion for assisting individuals who suffered significant harm.
Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Donadio worked for a corporate litigation firm representing large corporations. After several years, he transitioned to personal injury and medical malpractice to assist those requiring justice. He spent approximately seven years at a New York plaintiff's personal injury firm before joining Gair, Gair, Conason, Rubinowitz, Bloom, Hershenhorn, Steigman & Mackauf.
