About Aliza Frey

Aliza Frey is a New Jersey personal injury attorney who represents injured plaintiffs in motor vehicle accident, premises liability, and other general negligence claims. She is dedicated to helping injury victims recover the compensation they need for medical expenses, lost income, pain and suffering, and long term recovery. What sets Aliza apart is her ability to evaluate cases from every angle. Before focusing on representing injured individuals, she built a diverse litigation background that included criminal prosecution, insurance defense, employment law, municipal defense, family law, and workers' compensation. Today, that experience gives her valuable insight into how insurance companies, defense counsel, and government agencies investigate claims, evaluate liability, and develop litigation strategies.

Aliza began her legal career as a law clerk to the Honorable Albert H. Weeks of the Cheshire County Probate Court in New Hampshire, where she assisted with matters involving guardianships, adoptions, parental rights, estates, and involuntary commitments. She later practiced family law in both New Hampshire and New Jersey, developing a strong foundation in client advocacy and courtroom litigation. She then served as a prosecutor in northern New Hampshire for nearly seven years, handling hundreds of misdemeanor and felony matters, juvenile cases, probable cause hearings, grand jury proceedings, arraignments, bail hearings, and administrative license suspension matters.
