Sarah Jett

Sarah R. Jett has worked her entire legal career representing people who need help, with a focus on auto accidents, truck accidents, and wrongful death claims including pregnancy loss and injury claims. She joined Gary Martin Hays & Associates in 2013 and has tried 7 jury trials to verdict. Sarah has been a member of the Georgia Bar Association and the Gwinnett County Bar Association since 2010 and served as president of the Forsyth County Bar Association in 2015. She is a graduate of the 2018 Young Lawyers Division Leadership Academy for the State Bar of Georgia and served two years as co-chairperson of the Community Service Projects Committee of the Young Lawyers Division of the Georgia Bar Association. She participated in the Georgia Association of Women Lawyers as a peer mentor to new attorneys in 2024-2025. She co-authored 'The Authority on Tractor-Trailer Wreck Claims in Georgia' and 'The Authority on Wrongful Death Claims in Georgia.' Outside the office, Sarah volunteers with Gwinnett Church's middle school program, leads a local women's group, and coached a Gwinnett County High School Mock Trial team in the 2025-2026 season.
