About Noah Lauricella
Noah C. Lauricella is a partner and vice president of Goldenberg Lauricella, PLLC. He joined the firm in 2014 after working at a large Chicago firm where he defended corporations through trial in products liability matters involving over-the-counter and prescription pharmaceuticals, medical devices, surgical implants, and asbestos. That defense-side background gives him a practical understanding of how corporations litigate mass tort cases. Noah has served as a member of the Plaintiffs Steering Committee in several major MDLs, including In re: Bair Hugger Forced Air Warming Products Liability Litigation (MDL No. 2666), In re: Zimmer M/L Taper Hip Prosthesis Products Liability Litigation (MDL No. 2859), In re: Abbott Laboratories Preterm Infant Nutrition Products Liability Litigation (MDL No. 3026), and In re: Bard Implanted Port Catheter Products Liability Litigation (MDL No. 3081). He is a member of the Minnesota Association for Justice Board of Governors and co-chairs the MAJ Education Committee. He has spoken at Mass Torts Made Perfect national conventions and the American Association for Justice national convention on topics including Bair Hugger bellwether process and talcum powder/ovarian cancer litigation. He is a member of the Legal Technology Professionals Institute and contributed to its Meet and Confer Project on Rule 26 guidance.
