About Stuart Goldenberg
Stuart L. Goldenberg is the senior partner and president of Goldenberg Lauricella, PLLC. Since 1984, he has practiced in state and federal courts throughout the country, handling drug and device mass tort, personal injury, product liability, and medical malpractice cases. He is board-certified by the Minnesota State Bar Association and the National Board of Trial Advocacy as a state and national Senior Civil Trial Specialist. Stuart founded the firm in 1986 on the belief that injury law should be practiced with client service and dignity. He has handled some of the largest pharmaceutical, medical malpractice, and product liability cases in the country, including cases involving wrongful death, brain injury, and paralysis. He served as Co-Lead Counsel in 850 Medtronic Infuse Bone Graft cases and has been appointed by federal judges to plaintiffs steering committees in numerous MDLs, including Benicar (Olmesartan), Bard IVC Filter, and Profemur Hip Implant litigation. He is elected to the Multi-Million Dollar Advocates Forum and the American Trial Lawyers Association Top 100 Trial Lawyers list. Among his pro bono work, Stuart volunteered as an attorney for victims of the I-35W bridge collapse and 9/11 terrorist attacks. He has also served on numerous charity boards.
