About Jack Downing
Jack Downing graduated from the University of Missouri in 2014 with a degree in Economics and earned his J.D. from the University of Missouri School of Law in 2017, where he was a Note and Comment Editor for the Law Review. He served a judicial internship with Judge E. Richard Webber of the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Missouri. In addition to an agricultural litigation practice, Jack represents individuals, businesses, and classes in product liability and product defect matters, including class actions and mass tort litigation, and handles breach of contract disputes in high-stakes commercial and consumer cases. He has been recognized as a Rising Star by Missouri and Kansas Super Lawyers magazine from 2021 to 2026 and was named an Up and Coming Lawyer by Missouri Lawyers Weekly in 2019. He was appointed to the Board of Directors of Legal Services of Eastern Missouri. He is licensed in Missouri and the U.S. District Courts for the Eastern District of Missouri and the Eastern District of Michigan.
