About Michael Figenshau
Mike Figenshau joined Gray Ritter Graham in 2021 and practices primarily in the areas of wrongful death, catastrophic injury, and commercial litigation. He earned his J.D., Order of the Coif, from the University of Missouri School of Law, where he served on the editorial board of the Missouri Law Review and received the Judge Lawrence G. Crahan Memorial Judicial Fellowship. Before law school, Mike was a National Merit Scholar at Washington University, where he received a bachelor's degree in Biology. He has published articles on topics including the admissibility of expert testimony and the implied waiver of the physician-patient privilege. He has served as a judicial intern for Justice Mary R. Russell of the Missouri Supreme Court and Judge Philip M. Hess of the Missouri Court of Appeals. He is licensed in Missouri and the U.S. District Courts for the Eastern and Western Districts of Missouri.
