Bruce Broillet's approach to trial work has earned him national recognition, including induction into the Consumer Attorneys Association of Los Angeles Hall of Fame and the Lawdragon Hall of Fame. He is a member of the Inner Circle of Advocates, an invitation-only group of the top 100 plaintiff trial lawyers in America. He represents plaintiffs in wrongful death, catastrophic personal injury, product liability, business litigation, and professional malpractice. His results include a $3.3 billion tobacco settlement for Los Angeles County, a $55 million verdict for Erin Andrews against the Nashville Marriott, a $45.6 million legal malpractice verdict (the largest of its kind in California history), a $14.5 million verdict against a health club for failure to perform resuscitation, and an $11.75 million settlement against Los Angeles County for a distracted-driving wrongful death. He also represented the family of actor Bill Paxton in their wrongful death case against Cedars-Sinai Medical Center. He received his B.A. from the University of Notre Dame (1971) and his J.D. from the University of Texas (1974).
